Typographical Errors:
Typographical errors such as price or advertising are sometimes present, but are out of our control. Losi Parts House is not responsible for such errors.
Warranties and Guarantee's:
All warranties and guarantees, including missing items, are handled directly by the original manufacturer of that item. If a problem occurs please contact the manufacture, not Losi Parts House. Because of the High Performance nature of our items there are no returns for opened or electronic items.
Shipping: We ship Monday - Friday, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Orders received after 12:00 pm. Pacific Standard Time may not ship the same day. Due to the High Volume on Monday's cut off time is 10:00 am. PST.
United States Shipping : STANDARD Mail: When Selecting STANDARD shipping method, orders that are under 1 Pound $2.00-$3.00 will ship USPS First Class Mail: Usually 3 days or less, but can take up to 9 days. Orders 1-2 Pounds will Ship USPS Priority 2-3 business days (USPS Quote not Guaranteed). Orders Over 2 pounds will ship FedEx Ground 2-5 days no Monday Delivery. PRIORITY Mail: Best Value 2-3 Business days (USPS Quote not Guaranteed) . EXPRESS Mail: Available for most US cities, 2 Day Guaranteed, Cut off is 10:00 AM for Next Day if available to your City. If you must have it, Please Call Us for Commitment times. (Please Note: All orders over $250.00 will require a Signature This is for your Protection and Ours) You Must contact us if you wish to remove Signature requirement.
Will Call Orders: Please Note: We can no longer accept Will Call orders for pick up at our facility. This was not our decision, but is part of our distrubtor's policies that we must comply with. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our local customers. The Will Call function will remain live on our web site for our customers who use it to build their orders. International Shipping: We ship all International Orders via USPS Global Priority & Global Express. Global Priority: is 6-10 Business Days ship time (USPS Quote not Guaranteed). No tracking information is provided for Global Priority, just confirmation number. Global Express: is 3-5 Business Days ship time (USPS Quote not Guaranteed). Tracking information Provided.
International Customs: Local taxes and customs duties are applied once your shipment reaches its destination. Additional fees such as brokerage fees incurred are not known by Losi Parts House, nor are they the responsibility of Losi Parts House. Questions about these fees should be addressed to your local postal carrier.
International destinations: Losi Parts House is proud to ship worldwide. For your convenience please read carefully. Shipping costs Include $1.50 - $5.00 handling charge. This is added to cover the time it takes to prepare custom forms. Import laws and conditions of a country are subject to change at ant time. We are presently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bolivia, Brunei, Columbia, Cuba, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, North Korea, Peru and Venezuela.
Lost Package Claims: If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us.
Returns:
Because of the High performance nature of our merchandise there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise. (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a return is needed please contact Losi Parts House within the 30 day return period. Merchandise that has been discontinued, that is no longer available on our website, or was marked as clearance or close out is non returnable.

Tax: We Collect Tax for the State of California.

International Payments:

Limitation on Liability:
Losi Parts House will not be liable for any damages to the contents of a package under any circumstance. Once a package leaves our facility the care of the package is beyond our control.
