Typographical Errors:
Typographical errors such as price or advertising are sometimes present, but are out of our control. Losi Parts House is not responsible for such errors.
Warranties and Guarantee's:
All warranties and guarantees, including missing items, are handled directly by the original manufacturer of that item. If a problem occurs please contact the manufacture, not Losi Parts House. Because of the High Performance nature of our items there are no returns for opened or electronic items.
Shipping Information
We ship Monday - Friday, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Orders received after 12:00 pm. Pacific Standard Time may not ship the same day.
United States Shipping :
(Please Note: All US orders over $250.00 will require a Signature This is for your Protection and Ours) You Must contact us if you wish to remove Signature requirement.
STANDARD Mail: When Selecting STANDARD shipping method; Please note we will use the most economical method. orders that are under 1 Pound $2.95 in shipping will ship USPS First Class Mail: Usually 3 days or less, but can take up to 10 days. Orders 1-2 pounds $4.90 to $8.30 in shipping may ship Priority Mail. Orders over 2 pounds & over $8.30 in shipping will ship FedEx Ground Home Delivery 2-5 days no Monday Delivery or USPS Parcel Post which ever method is the most economical.
PRIORITY Mail: Best Value 2-3 Business days (USPS Quote not Guaranteed) .
EXPRESS Mail: Available for most US cities, 2 Day Guaranteed, Cut off is 10:00 AM for Next Day if available to your City. If you must have it, Please Call Us for Commitment times.
Military Address: When placing an order going to a military address, change the shipping address to say
Will Call Orders: Please Note: We can no longer accept Will Call orders for pick up at our facility. This was not our decision, but is part of our distrubtor's policies that we must comply with. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our local customers. The Will Call function will remain live on our web site for our customers who use it to build their orders. We accept payment in the following forms: All major credit cards, including. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept money orders. We do not accept personal checks
International Shipping:
We Ship all International Orders via USPS
Standard Mail: Ships USPS International First Class Mail. Please note if you select this shipping option there is no tracking available. Delivery time varies, most packages are delivered within 15 business days. (Delivery times are not guaranteed)
Priority Mail: Ships USPS Global Priority mail. Ship time 6-10 business days. Tracking provided to most major destinations. (Delivery times are not guaranteed)
Express Mail: Ships USPS Global Express mail. Ship time 3-8 business days. Tracking provided to most major destinations. (Delivery times are not guaranteed)
Note: The quotes provided by USPS do not consider delays in international customs locations.
Attention International Customers: We screen diligently for Credit Card fraud!
Due to the increasing high risk of fraud with accepting international orders, we have some restrictions in place to deter fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to delay the processing of your order until we have verified your credit card information. If we are unable to verify the legitimacy of the purchase transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and reverse or void the credit card charges associated with the purchase. Please note that we pursue all legal avenues - advise credit card companies, credit bureaus, and law authorities regarding any suspicious, attempted, or experienced credit card fraud.
To facilitate processing of International orders, in some circumstances we may ask that one or more of the following items be faxed or e-mailed to us:
- A front and back copy of the credit card being used to make your purchase.
- A photo identification that contains a signature and matches the first and last name on the credit card being used.
- A recent credit card statement that matches the first and last name on the credit card being used.
International Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, & PayPal.
International Customs: Local taxes and customs duties are applied once your shipment reaches its destination. Additional fees such as brokerage fees incurred are not known by Losi Parts House, nor are they the responsibility of Losi Parts House. Questions about these fees should be addressed to your local postal carrier.
International destinations: Losi Parts House is proud to ship worldwide. For your convenience please read carefully. Shipping costs Include $1.50 - $5.00 handling charge. This is added to cover the time it takes to prepare custom forms. Import laws and conditions of a country are subject to change at ant time. We are presently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bolivia, Brunei, Columbia, Cuba, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, North Korea, Peru and Venezuela.
Lost Package Claims: If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us.
Returns:
Because of the High performance nature of our merchandise there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise. (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a return is needed please contact Losi Parts House within the 30 day return period. Merchandise that has been discontinued, that is no longer available on our website, or was marked as clearance or close out is non returnable.
Order Minimums: NONE!
Tax: We Collect Tax for the State of California.
Limitation on Liability:
Losi Parts House will not be liable for any damages to the contents of a package under any circumstance. Once a package leaves our facility the care of the package is beyond our control.
